Our real price bands — truck, fuel, blankets, equipment and the first 20 miles are already inside every one of them.
Most apartment moves land between $709.50 (studio or 1BR, two movers) and $1,400 (2–3BR, three movers). Stairs are the single biggest variable here — budget $100 per flight, each end.
Minimums & deposit
3-hour minimum on any job with a truck, 2-hour minimum on labor-only.
A 25% deposit locks your date; the balance is due when the job is done. Cancel 72 or more hours before your slot and the deposit is refunded in full.
Saturdays, Sundays and the last few days of the month are peak — those slots are priced higher than a mid-week job, and the weekend rate is already inside the number we quote you. Nothing gets added on move day.

How do you handle building move-in coordination?
We call your building management the day before your move to confirm the elevator window, freight-lift protection requirements, and any front-desk protocol. If your building has specific move-in paperwork, forward it to us as soon as you book and we'll walk you through what applies.
What if my building requires a freight elevator reservation?
Reserve the freight lift with your building manager for the window you want, then tell us. We plan the truck's loading pace around the elevator slot so the crew isn't burning hours in the hallway.
How do you handle walk-ups?
We bring an extra mover for walk-ups of 4 floors or more, so the load isn't slowed down by one person on a landing. It's built into the quote — no separate stair fee on move day.
Can you move me in and out on the same day?
Yes — same-day move-outs and move-ins are our default for apartment jobs. If the two buildings have back-to-back timing, we plan the route and the elevator windows so nothing slips.
